Description:
There are different ways to access the biochemical components of plant medicines. Each menstruum extracts different constitutions. Boiled water is well known to release herbal ingredients in teas; other effective methods include the usage of steaming, alcohol, glycerin, honey, and vinegar.
During this class, educator and herbalist Lori Snyder will share her discoveries as she demonstrates how to make simple tinctures with apple cider vinegar, guide you to discover the rich minerals that are infused and how these are vital for your hormonal health. Further, she will discuss which plants you can grow or harvest for your tea cupboard and which benefits do these release when you take the time to sit and enjoy the flavours and gifts that plants offer you. Lori welcomes this time together, sharing knowledge.
This course will take place online, and recordings will be available for a limited time to participants.
Pre-registration required.
