Intro to Chinese pole is a great opportunity to try Chinese Pole for the first time, or for those with some experience to work on solidifying fundamentals!

Students will work on basic climbs, static positions, and simple transitions that will explore the foundations of this amazing circus apparatus.

Jeans (ideally with leggings underneath) and Feiyue shoes (or similar with flexible, sticky soles) are highly recommended.
