Complete our waiver to participate in parties, events & programs at Playgrounds!

In order to sign our waiver, you will be prompted to create or login to an Amilia SmartRec account. We strongly suggest using Chrome, as this browser works best with the Smartrec platform, and other browsers can cause errors to occur. If you are creating an account, you will need to ensure everyone you wish to complete a waiver for is on your account.

Please note, creating an account is separate from completing the waiver. Once you are logged into or have created an account, add the "waiver" activity to your cart (it's free) and complete the checkout process. You can add as many participants on your account as you like before checking out- this will allow you to sign multiple waivers in a single "transaction".

During checkout you will be prompted to accept the terms of our waiver, which is your e-signature for our waiver. This waiver must be completed for each participant before they participate in parties, events & programs at Playgrounds.
