A $50 cleaning deposit check is required at time of key pickup. This check will be returned or shredded upon successful inspection after the event. A cleanup checklist will be provided.

Cost: $200.00

Businesses or Corporations who wish to use the room must contact City Hall (507-625-4141) to make the reservation.  Please do not use the online reservation process.

Amenities for Warming House:

• Seats up to 60 people (chairs not included)
• Four 8' picnic tables
• Five 46" round picnic tables
• Electricity
• Drinking Fountain
• Restrooms
• Fire Pit Available Upon Request (must supply own 20# or less propane tank)

The rental does NOT include access to kitchen facilities, fridges, freezers, and coolers.

The warming house is a locked facility and requires a key. You must plan to pick up the key from City Hall before your event.

Trash cans with bags are supplied. Large groups may wish to bring in extra bags which can be tied up and left by the door.
