Facilities calendar
Avoid conflicts with SmartRec's facility management calendar. Manage several facilities with a color-coded interface, keeping all activity, rental, and reservation information centralized. The resulting calendar maps out every facility booking and event in your system and gives you a snapshot of who is using which space at what time. You can adjust the view to be monthly, weekly or daily, and filter the calendar based on location tag, booking type, and assigned staff.
Public calendar
Wondering how your clients can see availabilities? We’ve got that covered with the Public Calendar, which simply shows which timeslots are already reserved. No more back-and-forth trying to find facility availabilities, as your clients will be able to check the calendar themselves!
