In 2024, the team participated in the YMCA Challenge, a company-wide effort to promote physical activity while supporting a meaningful cause. A group of 18 Amilia employees united their efforts to collectively cover more than 150 kilometers, all in support of the YMCA Foundation of Quebec’s fight against social inequality. The challenge brought together team members from different departments, encouraging them to stay active by running together. It wasn’t just about meeting fitness goals—it was about fostering a sense of community and friendly competition.

Throughout the challenge, employees supported each other’s progress, sharing updates and cheering each other on. It became a unifying experience, where colleagues worked together toward shared goals and celebrated their collective achievements. The YMCA Challenge was a perfect blend of wellness and camaraderie, reinforcing Amilia’s belief that when we move together, we grow stronger as a team.
