Building Something Bigger
Jacob joined Amilia in October 2018, drawn by its unique culture and untapped potential. “There was this energy—like something big was about to happen,” he recalls. “Right away, it felt like a place where people genuinely cared.”
Jacob began his journey at Amilia in an Inside Sales role, where he quickly saw an opportunity to contribute to something bigger. Since then, he’s taken on multiple evolving positions—including Sales Development Representative (SDR) and now Solutions Engineer, each one building on the last and allowing him to deepen his impact and grow professionally.
“I loved that I could build something lasting,” Jacob shares. “From crafting the SDR role to now helping clients find the best solutions, every step built my toolbox.”
That toolbox combines product knowledge with human-centered sales approach. “I see myself as a consultant, not just a salesperson. I’m here to understand our clients and guide them, even if we’re not the right fit.”
It’s an approach rooted in trust, problem-solving, and creating real value for the communities Amilia serves.
